Why Spirits Are More Active At Midnight
Midnight has long been shrouded in mystery and fear, often called the “witching hour”—a time when the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds grows thin. But why are spirits believed to be more active at this time?......CONTINUE READING THE ARTICLE FROM THE SOURCE>>>>>
Many spiritual traditions suggest that most spirits cannot interact with our world without a vessel. At night, particularly around midnight, the human mind is in a semi-conscious state—drifting between sleep and awareness—making it easier for spirits to connect or even influence. This vulnerability provides an open gateway for spiritual activity.
Darkness is another crucial factor. Spirits that dwell in shadows or negative energies draw strength from the absence of light. The cover of night enhances their presence, giving them power they cannot easily access during the day.
Historically, midnight is also associated with malevolent acts—murders, rituals, and misdeeds often take place under its cloak. Such events leave behind lingering energy, attracting and feeding spiritual entities.
Additionally, the world is quieter at midnight. With less human activity and noise, spiritual vibrations are more noticeable and potent.
Lastly, the natural circadian rhythm of humans dips, weakening our energy shields, making us more susceptible to spiritual contact. Midnight, therefore, is a perfect storm for spiritual activity.
