Dr. Ngbuelo clarified that those demarketing Rivers State do so out of self-interest. However, he affirmed that Rivers State is conducive for business growth, adding that the era of crisis is over.
In his remakr, the Permanent Secretary, Rivers State Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ishmael Tomoni-Aladieokuma, asked hoteliers to maintain cleanliness, ensure security, and possess the requisite management capacity to restore Port Harcourt’s Garden City status.
