Akpabio while reacting to PDP objection on Senator Ned Nwoko defection to All Progressives Congress (APC), said their is division in the opposition party.
His words: “Minority Leader, who is the National Secretary of PDP. I know am not suppose to interfere but we know there is division in your party. The governors have their National Secretary and other members have their National Secretary. The Senate cannot perform the role of the court. We all know there is division in PDP.”
Responding, the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba said the Court of Appeal has ruled that Senator Ayanwu is the secretary of the party.
