Palmeiras had already rejected two previous offers from Brighton, but the Seagulls remain persistent. Brighton continue negotiations for the 18-year-old Reis, who has also been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Real Madrid.

Initially, Palmeiras had no plans to sell Reis before next summer’s Club World Cup, but Brighton hope that the third offer will be enough to secure Vitor’s transfer.
