David resigned his position to return to his previous position before the leadership crisis.
He was, however, renominated by Hon. Kehinde Joseph as Deputy Whip and seconded by Hon. Surajudeen Tijani.
Also, the Deputy Chief Whip, Hon. Ganiyu Okanlawon resigned his position to pave way for Hon. David to take charge.
