In the midst of this drama, many have taken it upon themselves to unravel the reason why some of the ministers were laid off their jobs.

To many, they were not delivering their jobs and the sack was a good move.

To others, this reshuffle thing is nothing but part of a wider game of politics running in the country.

Now, sources have revealed that one of the sacked ministers, Uju-Ken Ohanenye, the Minister of Women Affairs, was removed from her position due to what the presidency deemed as ‘constant drama’ which was becoming an embarrassment to the administration.

Indeed, Ohanenye is well known for her outspoken nature.

Reports have it that she created significant discord within the ministry through her aggressive restructuring efforts.

Insiders who spoke with journalists on the development detailed that one of the significant issues that tarnished Ohanenye’s standing was her contentious threat to take legal action against the United Nations.

She accused the international body of mismanaging and failing to remit funds intended for Nigeria, a claim that caused a stir in diplomatic circles.

Further exacerbating her fraught tenure, Ohanenye reportedly caused disruptions at two major events in Abuja.

According to sources, she insisted that the organisers should have obtained clearances from her ministry before proceeding with the events, leading to public scenes that drew widespread criticism.

“The woman is a controversial person. She stepped on toes with her conduct and the President couldn’t curtail her excesses any longer. She is too dramatic as a minister. We knew she couldn’t go far”, said a source at the APC secretariat.
