The court has authorized the use of substituted service to compel key witnesses to come forward, allowing the deceased’s father, Joseph Aloba, to issue summonses through the powerful channels of social media and prominent national newspapers.

Among the individuals now set to be summoned are Azeez Fashola, infamously known as Naira Marley; Samson Eletu, also known as Sam Larry; Karimot Ogunbayo, Mohbad’s sister-in-law; Boluwatife Adeyemo, aka Darosha; Oluwasanmi Falade, Mohbad’s lawyer; Feyisayo Ogedengbe, the nurse who attended to the late singer; and Fidelis Esanbor, the driver who transported Mohbad to the hospital.
