The commission arrested Zango following the allegations of diverting the money meant for drug supplies in the 44 local government areas.
It was earlier reported that Zangina was kidnapped and his whereabouts were unknown.
However, the ICPC Chairman Musa Aliyu appeared before a Kano State High Court on Thursday over the issues. He insisted that the person they invited was not a party to the restraining order case obtained by the state.
