In his address, Aiyedatiwa, who was accompanied by Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, expressed gratitude to the people of Ondo State for their overwhelming support, which had renewed his mandate.
“The mandate you have renewed with your decisive votes across all 18 local government areas has placed a responsibility on me to serve you even better than before,” he said.
He also extended his thanks to President Bola Tinubu for creating a fair playing field for all political parties.
Aiyedatiwa acknowledged the dedication of other stakeholders in ensuring a smooth electoral process and commended INEC for organizing a “free, fair, transparent, credible, and inclusive election.”
