This appeal was made during a press conference held at Barcelona Hotels, Abuja on Friday.

The coalition, representing over 17 million financial members across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, cited Dr. Tejuosho’s exceptional philanthropic and humanitarian work as a private citizen.

The convener of the organisation, Comrade Aminu Abbas while extolling the virtues of Tejuosho emphasized that her appointment would be based on merit, not politics or regional considerations.

Dr. Tejuosho’s track record, particularly through her Queen Adenike Tejuosho Foundation has demonstrated her commitment to supporting vulnerable Nigerians.

Recall that Tejuosho’s annual Children’s Day celebrations have benefited over 10 million indigent children, relief materials worth millions of Naira, Sallah packages have reached thousands of People Living with Disabilities and impoverished households among others.

The coalition added that her appointment would bring relief to those affected by the removal of fuel subsidies and enable Nigerians to enjoy democracy’s dividends.

Aminu therefore called on President Bola Ahmed Ahmed to consider her as potential material for the exalted office in the interest of justice, selflessness and hard work.
