Apparently, his ex cheated on him, so before they finally broke up, he went to her room and took everything he had ever bought for her. He told me, “These are not all, oo. There are dresses in the drawer too.” He opened the drawer and showed me what was inside. “I don’t want you to say I’m cheating. They are all for my ex. I might sell them later,” he told me.

They dated for three years, but looking at all the things he bought, he seems like a giver. He confirmed this when he told me, “I love to see my woman beautiful, so everything she needs to be beautiful, I don’t mind. I will buy it when I have money.”

What it means is that he will do the same for me as we date, but what if we break up? I jokingly asked him, and he said, “Do you intend to leave me?” I answered, “No, but in life, anything can happen.”

He says I’m different, but I’m scared. If I stay in this relationship, I might not take anything from him, but how can I date a man I can’t take from? Like I said, life comes with many twists and turns. We are in love today, but tomorrow may turn sour. Does it mean he should come for everything he gave me?
