Former President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump threatens to imprison billionaire entrepreneur and founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg in his new book, Save America.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Underneath a picture of Zuckerberg meeting with Trump at the White House during the latter’s presidency, Trump writes that Zuckerberg “would come to the Oval Office to see me” and “bring his very nice wife to dinners, be as nice as anyone could be, while always plotting install shameful Lock Boxes in a true PLOT AGAINST THE PRESIDENT.”
Then came the threat:
He told me there was nobody like Trump on Facebook. But at the same time, and for whatever reason, steered it against me. We are watching him closely, and if he does anything illegal this time he will spend the rest of his life in prison — as will others who cheat in the 2024 Presidential Election.
Zuckerberg recently addressed a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) in which he admitted that the company had made a mistake when it demoted The New York Post‘s controversial story about Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020 after being warned about Russian disinformation effort against the Bidens by Trump’s FBI.
“It’s since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story,” wrote Zuckerberg. “We’ve changed out policies and processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again — for instance, we no longer temporarily demote things in the U.S. while waiting for fact-checkers.”
This isn’t the first time Trump has threatened Zuckerberg’s freedom, although this one was more explicit.
Back in July, Trump declared on Truth Social “that if I’m elected President, we will pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time.”
“We already know who you are. DON’T DO IT! ZUCKERBUCKS, be careful!” he continued, referencing Zuckerberg’s investments in election infrastructure back in 2020.
