The 25-year-old only joined Chelsea permanently in the summer; however, he has struggled to break into the first team, doing his best work in the Conference League.
He is now said to have secured a move to Milan, where he expects to enjoy game time under his compatriot Sergio Conceicao.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Rossoneri will be paying a loan fee in the region of €5 million to Chelsea. Also, Milan are expected to cover all of his wages, reported to be around £130,000 by Capology.
The duration of the loan is until the end of the season, and Felix is expected to return to Chelsea upon its expiration, as there is no buy option included in the deal.
The purpose of the loan is to help the player get the desired game time, as he has only managed three starts in the Premier League this campaign.
