This, according to the government, is achievable following the introduction of a new technology expected to be officially launched before the end of the year.
Speaking to journalists in Osogbo, Osun State, Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, George Alabi, said the new innovation is aimed at resolving the slow processing problem through the automation of the survey clearance and C-of-O processes to ensure a fast and efficient process.
Alabi further explained that survey clearance which is the process of a survey/land is adopted to ensure clear and free of encumbrances of C-ofO processes.
He said: “This process is the preliminary stage of the C-of-O in 45 days programme, which is an initiative of Governor Ademola Adeleke to ensure that C-of-O processing is done within 45 days of application.
