According to “Cleveland Clinic” some of the symptoms that show your heart is not pumping enough blood encompasses:

1. Shortness of breath.

2. Tiredness and having leg weakness when you’re active.

3. Swollen ankles, legs and abdomen.

4. Weight gain.

5. Frequent urge to urinate while resting at night.

6. Fast or irregular heartbeats (palpitations).

7. A dry, hacking cough.

8. A full (bloated) or hard stomach, lack of appetite or nausea.

There can be times when your symptoms are mild or you may not experience any symptoms at all. This doesn’t indicate your heart is already pumping enough blood. Symptoms of heart failure can range from mild to chronic and may come and disappear.
