Lifeless body of man suspected to be an official of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been found along a road in Lagos.
As captured in a now viral video shared on X on Monday, the alleged EFCC official simply identified as Sylvanus, could be seen lying lifeless by the roadside at an unascertained area of Lagos as passersby and Police officers attempted to get more details about him.
One of the passersby who claimed to be a police officer disclosed that an EFCC identity card was retrieved from the deceased whose cause of death still remains unknown.
NPO Reports could not confirm if the man identified as Sylvanus according to those speaking in the video, was indeed an official of the anti-graft agency.
Attempts to confirm his identity from the commission was yet to be concluded as at the time of filing this report.

This is, however, coming few weeks after the murder of an EFCC official, Aminu Salisu, in Anambra state.
