Akwa Ọkụkọ, who was arrested by Operation Udo Ga-Chi, a joint security network for questioning at state government house, also dismissed engaging in ‘Okeite’.
“I have long stopped doing Oke Ite. That thing is not a charm, we just gave it the name Oke Ite because we put it in a pot,” he told the interrogating team.
The investigating team led by Anambra state deputy governor, Dr Onyeka Ibezim, reminded him of some viral videos where he claimed that he also engaged in Okeite and other money making rituals and promised to investigate his latest claims and sources of wealth.
Blueprint gathered that Akwa Ọkụkọ has been kept behind the bar while the investigation continues to unravel the true state of the wealth of the young dude who had in the past used Meta and other social media platforms to promote Okeite.
