Reacting to sudden closure of their case and walking away without proper explanation or speaking to the voluminous documents brought to the court simply displayed the unseriousness of PDP and its candidate.

The APC Chairman therefore said that there are consequences for submitting documents to the court without properly linking them to specific claims or providing necessary explanations.

Tenebe further said, “Dumping of documentary evidence occurs when a party in a case submits a large volume of documents to the court without properly linking them to specific aspects of their case through witness testimony or legal arguments. It typically happens when due diligence is not followed.”

“Ighodalo failed to explain the relevance of the documents he presented in court. There is no proper analysis or connection between the documents and the issues in dispute.”

“The documents have been left for the court to interpret without guidance from the party presenting them. What the PDP has done is simply to dump the documents in court, and there will be consequences for that.”he added.
